Intro to Project Management for Civil Engineers and Construction Professionals - APM PFQ preparation
This fully accredited course follows the syllabus and requirements of the Association for Project Management (APM) Project Fundamentals Qualification. It is designed to clarify and explain the basic aspects of projects and project management. It will provide a solid basis of knowledge to consolidate existing project team members’ understanding as well as provide an excellent first perspective to those new to the project environment.
This course will help individuals recognise the key aspects of a project and the importance of their role within it. The objectives will be supported and extended by engaging the delegates with an appropriate case study, providing the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the tools and techniques through use and experience.
This training course has been mapped to the ICE key attributes for Chartered, Incorporated and Engineering Technician Eng Tech: B1 well covered, C3 well covered; C4 well covered; D1 well covered; B2 introduction; B3 introduction; C1 introduction, C5 introduction; D2 introduction; E1, E2, E3 and E4 introduction. The course is comprised of 5 eLearning modules which provide you with everything you need to know to pass the online exam. The exam contains 60 multiple choice questions. The exam pass mark is 60%.
