
Courses delivered by 20/20 for ICE Training
The partnership involves a range of courses being delivered, including the Association for Project Management (APM) Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ), the APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ), and Bitesize Modules. Discussions are also underway to expand offerings to include 20/20’s APM Project Management Risk Level 1 qualification to cater to even more training needs.
Whilst the majority of courses cater to individual ICE members, the partnership also extends to delivering onsite and in-house solutions for corporate clients, including bespoke project management programmes for those who want to relate any training back to their organisations own processes.
How the partnership has progressed and key highlights
From the very start of the relationship, 20/20 and ICE Training have worked in a collaborative and transparent way, always prioritising the learners needs first. Initially focused on providing eLearning solutions, the partnership has expanded to include in-person training across the UK and internationally.
Tom Vincent MEng MAPM CMgr, CEO at 20/20, has actively engaged with ICE Training’s staff through presentations and client meetings, contributing valuable insights into project management’s impact on the construction industry. Notably, a highlight of the partnership was supporting the Dubai Road and Traffic Authority (RTA) with classroom training for their graduate programme.
Through this partnership, more than 1000 learners have received training, marking a significant achievement in strengthening project management competencies within the engineering community.
Future Plans
Looking forward, the partnership’s overarching goal remains to address the evolving needs of ICE members and clients. Regular discussions between 20/20 and ICE Training will continue to identify opportunities for value-added solutions in project management training. Additionally, the partnership fosters reciprocal support, with ICE Training assisting 20/20 clients in specialised areas such as NEC contracts.
